Block Ads and Obscene Images

Guarding the eyes from unlawful images is extremely important for a Muslim, for they affect the soundness of the heart.
Here are some tips on safe-browsing:
1) Use an Adblocker with your browser
Firefox: Adblock Plus Extension
2) Use an Internet Filtering software

Adblock Plus is also great for blocking inappropriate images that aren’t ads (e.g. photos in news articles): just right-click any image, choose “Adblock Image…” from the menu, choose the *first* pattern on the window that pops up (there are three to choose from, and it usually defaults to the second), and click “Add filter”.
